Recently, I focus heavily on Generative AI and LLM solutions: prompt engineering, agent/tool workflows, quality evaluation, and safe deployment for customer-facing assistants.

Software & AI Engineer

I build solutions primarily in Python (with experience in C/C++ and MATLAB) and work with modern ML tooling, including PyTorch and TensorFlow, to prototype and productionize AI systems.

I defended my diploma thesis, “Self-Supervised Learning in Computer Vision,” evaluated with the highest rating (A).

LLM & Prompt Engineering:

  • Prompt design for reliable outputs (system prompts, few-shot, structured outputs)

  • Tool-calling / function-calling patterns and agent workflows

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): data prep, chunking strategy, evaluation

  • LLM quality evaluation: test suites, golden sets, regression checks

AI Delivery Manager / Consultant

AI & Technology Consulting — I help teams identify high-impact AI use cases, translate them into clear requirements, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency (including NLP/LLM and computer vision).

GenAI/LLM delivery — scope definition, prompt strategy, tool integration (incl. MCP), evaluation metrics, and rollout planning for production-ready assistants.

Project Management — I manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects (including publicly funded initiatives), ensuring transparent planning, budget oversight, risk management, and measurable delivery.

WORK

My career is centered in tech, where I combine AI expertise with delivery leadership to move projects from idea to measurable impact. I lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure high-quality execution—from discovery through launch and iteration.

I’ve worked on customer-facing AI assistants (voicebots, chatbots, mailbots), including prompt strategy, conversation design, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Delivering AI-driven customer-care transformation—voicebots, chatbots, and email automation—to improve resolution rates, reduce handling time, and scale support operations.

Deploying and testing ML algorithms for computer vision. Worked on data pipelines (clustering, segmentation, annotation) and trained neural networks with a focus on performance and reliability.

Built and maintained WordPress websites aligned with high-tech requirements. Supported event operations for TestingUnited (coordination and execution).

Contributed to product development in a home-automation startup, addressing implementation tasks and improving feature reliability.

Programmed ABB industrial robots (FlexPendant / RobotStudio) and supported end-to-end operational workflows, from configuration to commissioning and validation.

Owned web and social media execution: content planning, editorial publishing, and channel operations. Built a Messenger chatbot and supported digital engagement initiatives.
